Meet a Hanoi ACT Tutor: Jesse F.

Jesse F. was born in Mykonos and never really imagined living anywhere else until he moved to the US for college. Jesse hoped to one day become a professional educator, like his mother and aunt, and he planned to specialize in mathematics. After obtaining a very high ACT score, Jesse was accepted at the University of Chicago, respected around the world for their leading undergraduate programs. During his time in Chicago, Jesse worked part-time as a tutor in the Math Lab, helping others who did not enjoy working with numbers as much as he did. After graduating, Jesse obtained a master's degree in mathematics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), as well as a master's degree in education from Cal State University. When he was offered a position as a math teacher at a school in Hanoi, Jesse excitedly packed his suitcases and happily relocated.

Jesse loves any chance to work with students, and when he learned Manhattan Review had a local office in Hanoi, he contacted us about helping students prepare for the ACT and other standardized tests.
